New Lily Pads

New Lily Pads updates the color pallet lily pads use, to one that is consistent with the swamps colormap, which uses a more neutral green that looks great in any biome. Lily pads have 13 variants total that consist of the original size, 2 smaller lily pads, then 5 large, and 5 giant lilypads, all having roots and 8 of which have the chance of spawning with a lotus flower. There are 4 lotus flowers, white, pink, purple and yellow. White lotus flowers are more common, pink are second most common. purple is least common and yellow is the rarest flower that appears.
