Naked & Bound is a hardcore cooperative survival game mode for Minecraft where all players share one health pool.
Every hit hurts everyone. Every heal helps everyone.
Your goal is simple: survive together and complete a shared task before your hearts hit zero.

This plugin is designed for Paper / Purpur servers and focuses on fairness, clarity, and strong game feedback.

🔥 Core Gameplay

  • ❤️ Shared Health Pool

    • All survival players are bound to a single pool of hearts
    • Damage taken by one player affects everyone
    • Healing restores shared health for the whole group

  • ⏱️ Day-Based Progression

    • The game runs in structured days
    • At the end of each day, the game fully freezes
    • A daily recap is shown before the next day begins

  • 🧠 Team Strategy Required

    • Reckless play can end the run instantly
    • Healing must be timed carefully
    • Players must protect each other to survive

  • Configurable decay rates

🎲 Wildcard System

  • Daily random modifiers shake up gameplay
  • Buffs, debuffs, and chaotic effects
  • Adapt your strategy each day
  • Examples: double damage, healing restrictions, speed boosts

Mix and match — enable any, all, or none for your perfect difficulty level.

🎯 Missions & Objectives

At the start of each run, a random task is chosen from tasks.yml:

Boss Battles: Kill the Ender Dragon, Defeat a Wither, Defeat an Elder Guardian

Exploration: Clear an Ancient City, Complete a Raid

Collection: Collect rare items, Gather specific resources

Fully customizable — create your own tasks in tasks.yml.

Complete the task to win — lose all hearts to fail.

📊 Tracking & Stats

Comprehensive stat tracking for every run:

  • Damage taken and hearts restored per player
  • Daily vs total statistics
  • Damage causes breakdown
  • No-damage streak tracking

Daily Recap

  • Top contributors (damage taken & healing)
  • Heart changes for the day
  • Damage causes summary

Endgame MVP Summary

  • Least damage taken
  • Most hearts restored
  • Most net damage
  • Top damage cause
  • Total time survived

🖥️ Interactive GUI

Navigate everything through an in-game GUI (/naked):

  • Toggle features (Stamina, Decay, Wildcard)
  • View current task and progress
  • Access stats and game controls

🍎 Healing & Item Rules

  • Golden Apples restore shared health
  • Healing blocked if it would be wasted
  • Regeneration, absorption, and beacon effects stripped
  • Optional start-of-game golden apple

❄️ True Game Freezing

When the game is paused or a day ends:

  • World time freezes
  • Mob AI freezes
  • Players locked in place

⚙️ Highly Configurable

Two configuration files for complete control:

config.yml — Core settings:

  • Health calculation (hearts per player)
  • BossBar toggle
  • Feedback and announcements
  • Feature-specific settings (Stamina weights, Decay rates, Wildcard effects)
  • Join-lock, MOTD, crafting restrictions
  • Automatic config migration preserves your settings

tasks.yml — Mission management:

  • Enable/disable individual tasks
  • Customize task descriptions
  • Add your own custom objectives

🎮 Commands

Admin Commands:

  • /naked start — Start a new game
  • /naked pause / /naked resume — Pause/resume gameplay
  • /naked freeze / /naked unfreeze — Freeze/unfreeze the world
  • /naked stats — View detailed statistics
  • /naked completed — Mark task as completed
  • /naked endgame — End the current game
  • /naked — Open the interactive GUI

Player Commands:

  • /naked — View game status (read-only without admin permission)
