Additions:

Added "Thunder Jumper" advancement
Added Mjolnir flight: spin Mjolnir and double-tap space while moving to start flying

Changes:

Removed boosted flight from Thor when not holding Mjolnir
Bosses and immune mobs are no longer affected by Void fear or Telekinesis
Hero suits no longer render when no chestplate is equipped (when the power is granted via /superpower)
Increased reach distance of Super Punch

Fixes:

Fixed Mjolnir disappearing in certain situations
Other minor fixes
