No Night Vision Flicker

Removes the flickering when night vision runs out.

The mod needs to be installed on the client, and will work on servers without the mod. Installing it on a server will do nothing.

The mod simply removes the flickering, there is no animation, and no configuration. Because its so simple, it works on many different versions of Minecraft.
