Anvil Tweaks Plus

Vanilla anvils punishing good gear with "Too Expensive!" is stupid. This fixes that.

Anvil Tweaks Plus lets you remove or raise the vanilla anvil cost cap, making repaired and upgraded gear viable for longer without command blocks or datapacks.
