enchanted book cloning

This is a small datapack that let you duplicate any enchanted book when combined with 8 lapis in a crafting table !

This datapack is an experimental feature for the "KS Enchantments" datapack, the design idea behind it is to make enchantments easily renewable, thus making villager trading halls less relevant and encouraging exploring and trying to get multiple enchant through the enchanting table instead.

/!\ for the 1.21.11 version the recipe uses a lapis block instead of 8 lapis!
