Adds a mod menu to view the list of mods you have installed.

Overlays useful info like coordinates and the time onto your HUD - as long as you have the right item in your inventory (or bundle!)

Fixes the old bug introduced in 1.14 where the Ender Dragon's Vertical Movement is very slow. Effectively patches out one-cycling. If you've fought the dragon in 1.12 or 1.13 you might know what this is.

Restore the old Minecraft combat, or change it to your liking! 1.21.2 to 1.21.11 supported. (1.21.1 experimental)
