Refined Tools

• Compat with hmi 5.0 and 5.1
• Compat with Punchy!
• Reworked almost all models and textures (seriously :p)
• added some toggles for the models if using Respackopts
• removed the flame bow until I figure out how to make multiple toggles for one model

you would may need to use Puzzle for the multishot firework crossbow to work properly in versions below 1.21.11
