A resource pack for Minecraft Transit Railway.

Overview

The London Underground 1938 stock is a type of London Underground rolling stock designed for Deep Level Tube lines. A total of 1121 cars were produced by Metro-Cammell and Birmingham Railway Carriage & Wagon Company. By the end of 1953, another 173 cars were produced, comprising 91 “1949 stock”, 76 conversions from Standard stocks or 1935 stock, and 6 unconverted cars of 1935 stock. These trains were in service from 1938 till they retired from service in 1988, and worked on Bakerloo, Central, East London, Northern, Northern City, and Piccadilly lines. 20 driving motor cars were converted to Class 483s, allowing them to run on the Island Line until they were all retired in 2021, making them the oldest passenger train to be in regular service by the time they retired, at 83 years old. The honour has since been passed on to the 1972 stock on the Bakerloo Line till the present day, as of January 2026.
