Release v3.5 for 1.21.6

I've updated mods from 1.21.4, readded some forgotten ones, and all are up-to-date as of today's publishing.

1.21.7 may take a week or longer, just waiting for some updates on specific mods (also I haven't played too much of it yet for me to update sequentially with every mods' update, currently playing on 1.21.6)
