General

• Move options and all mod configs to YOSBR so they don't get overwritten on modpack updates
• Fixed Better Babies by adding required Gen Assets resource pack
• Actually set Russian language by default

Configuration Updates

• Set default fullscreen type to "native" in Concentration mod (should solve issues with Dynamic FPS on some systems)
• Set Dynamic FPS framerate for unfocused state to 5 (so if it triggers incorrectly you can still use menus)

Mod Updates

• Added Your Options Shall Be Respected (YOSBR)
• Updated Bookshelf Inspector
• Removed Default Options
