Change outline and collision shape for Celestial Nexus
Reduce jitter in Celestial Nexus orb
Heart of the Skies now checks for obstructions by default
- Sneaking while using it will override the checks
- The block tag x-bar-theory:replaceable controls which blocks can be replaced by the structure
- The block tag x-bar-theory:replaceable/floor controls which blocks can be replaced by the floor
