Bug fix and wand improvement

Fixed bug causing the ore highlighting through blocks not to work on some modpacks. (Ore-Locator Wand)
Changed the way the Vein-Miner Wand drops the broken ores. Now drops all ores at the position of the ore it was used on. (Instead of their block positions)
