Shield & Parry

-Added lots of new config options letting you change timings, windows, sounds etc -Completely revamped shield bashing to add a charging mechanic with sound queues for better combat interractions -Added new "impact freeze", completely pausing combat for a split second  for extra coolness (can be disabeled in config) -Added config option to change sfx to vanilla alternatives -Fixed previous config issue -Fixed a couple logic mishaps -Added the target entities knockback reistance variable into account for bash knockback
