Playtime Command

1.1.0 release of Playtime Command

Added a new command: /playtime --top - this command lets you see online players' playtime in a leaderboard.

In order to avoid lag, the leaderboard is cached for three seconds before being regenerated, even though, during internal testing, the mod built the leaderboard of 264 online players instantly without hurting performance.

Technical changes

The mod is now compiled for 1.21.10 and, unlike before, minecraft >= 1.20 is now an actually declared dependency in the code too, rather than just on Modrinth. All of this doesn't change anything related to what versions are supported.
