Release v1.0 for the mod!

Adds an in-game heart image to represent threat level!
- Far: From 46 to 70 blocks away. Displays a yellow heart slowly beating.
- Medium: From 21 to 45 blocks away. Displays an orange heart beating.
- Close!: From 0 to 20 blocks away. Displays a red heart rapidly beating.
Command /heartbeat enable and /heartbeat disable
Made players in creative and spectator gamemodes invisible to the radar. They won't see the heartbeats either.
