Minehop

Added surfing. Get the surfstick to create ramps in the creative menu or through /give @p minehop:surfstick. Right click on a block to select your ramps attributes, right click on as many blocks after that to set the path of the ramp.

Added plots. Use /plot to access the subcommands in order to create a plot on the server and make a map rather than having to do it in singleplayer and have us rezone it after you send it.

Improved rendering of start zones.

Added creative tab for Minehop blocks.

Reworked bhop movement to be more faithful to the source engine.
