Changes:

• Updated the formatting of item names and descriptions

• Anvil Staff now makes an anvil sound

• Anvil Staff's particles don't stay on the ground anymore

• Speed Staff's speed bonus is now independent from the vanilla speed effect and gives +25% speed per level

• Speed Staff tells you its current bonus in the action bar

Bugfixes:

• Vertical Block Rotation Staff now properly flips most blocks that use a special way of handling vertical rotation (e.g. slabs, stairs and logs)
• Horizontal Block Rotation Staff now properly rotates most blocks that use a special way of handling horizontal rotation (e.g. logs, trapdoors)
