/h-ely rocket|glide off|delayed|on

THIS WILL FLAG ON SERVERS IF ON, ESPECIALLY THE ROCKET BOOST

if you put the value as ON, it will play as if you have 0 ping on the server [rocket boost will apply 1 tick later since that is vanilla gameplay]

if you put the value as DELAYED, it will apply the optimization after a delay of your ping
