Iotic Spellbooks

New patterns:

• Get Iron's spell mana cost, cooldown, cast time, cast type, level, max level
• Get spell which is being cast by entity, get time remaining until cast is finished
• Get spell cooldown, current & maximum mana of a player
• Conjure Lesser Spellbook, which is cheaper and disperses after casting spell
• Downgrade iotified spell
• Reduce spell cooldown

Increased media cost for casting Iron's spell a bit (now 1 dust per 30 mana, instead of 1 dust per 50 mana), and fixed cost calculation for continuous spells.
