Added a toggleable system that requires zombies to use the correct tool to break specific blocks.

Added a configuration option to automatically equip zombies with tools.

⚙️ Configuration Changes

Added separate configurable block lists for:

🪓 Axe-breakable blocks

⛏️ Pickaxe-breakable blocks

🪣 Shovel-breakable blocks

Added an "Always Mineable" block list — blocks in this list can be broken regardless of the tool used.
