Fixes & Changes:

• Fixed Frayed/Rattled converting when struck by lightning.

• Fixed Frayed/Rattled servants not healing nor have infinite lifespan when wearing Storm set.

• Fixed Skeleton to Rattled conversion using same config as Zombie to Frayed.

• Fixed certain Zombie and Skeleton variants being able to turn into Frayed/Rattled, such as Necromancers.

• Fixed converted Frayed/Rattled servants not inheriting their owners and movement stance.

• Zombie/Skeleton servants are now affected by configs that allows them to convert into Frayed/Rattled.

• Hostile Frayed and Rattled can now spawn in hill and peak biomes.

Additions:

• New tags that allows what entity types can convert into Frayed/Rattled when struck by lightning.
