Fixed dedicated server crash caused by FoodHistoryBookItem importing client-only classes (FoodHistoryBookScreen, Minecraft). Refactored to use a Consumer<Player> callback pattern, with the screen opener registered from ClientTooltipHandler.init() on the client side only.
