Epic RPG: Leveling Rank

Changes continue, aiming for a more MMORPG/RPG-like system.

• The Boss:True readout has been changed to a single helper.
• Some duplicate code has been removed.
• Persistent disk calls have been eliminated.
• The damage reduction calculation has been rebalanced.
• Bosses now have their own damage reduction calculation.
• Tags will no longer be used to display entity levels (for better compatibility with other mods).
• A new mechanic has been added that spawns a glowing entity that grants more XP than others.
• Internal data has been added to differentiate between players and entities.

These changes are for future updates, which will include a system to counter damage reduction, giving the game a more RPG-like feel.
