Fixed broken tag on the steel knife rendering it useless. (thanks ScarletFury!)
Added missing tags to the steel knife, it should now, besides working, also be fully enchantable.
Fixed old forge tags on cabinet sawing, they now produce sawdust when sawed in an immersive engineering sawmill.
Added recipes for wood in line with log recipes so stripping these with a sawmill also produces bark.
