Cobblemon Battle Tower

• Fixed NPC being unable to use gimmicks(tera/dyna/mega!)
• Fixed various teams' region and form pokemon not generating
• Fixed leaderboard names showing as 'Unknown' initially
• Fixed being unable to start a battle again after disconnecting mid-battle
• Fixed the pre-validation check not allowing re-ordering of team
• Fixed BP shop purchases scrolling to the top of the shop

1. Green = Easy
2. Yellow = Medium
3. Orange = Hard
4. Red = Extreme

/bt reload - Reloads config files
/bt give <amount> [player] - Give BP to yourself or another player
