Fixed battle tower allowing a player to start multiple battles
Fixed battle crash with Cobblemon Academy 2.0 (Still won't work without RCT API Update)
Added configurable BP rewards for floors and floor thresholds

Added command /bp reload for config reloading
Added Leaderboard system! that also shows a gold (L) if legendaries were used
