Changelog

Fixed the enhanced battle log mouse wheel so scrolling works properly again.
Fixed battle overlay nameplates not rendering after the recent 1.9.x UI changes.
Fixed the missing Slow Start battle text so it no longer shows a raw translation key.
Fixed unresolved fallback battle messages so they use proper Cobblemon ability translations or readable names instead of showing Unknown.
Added value-based coloring for damaging move percentage lines in the low damage is green, medium damage is yellow, and high damage is red.
