Fixed toxic spikes adding stacks of 'spikes' icon
Adjusted Keyboard/Controller Navigation to OFF by default(now to play with keyboard/controller in battles you must turn this on)
Revamped Battle Extras config screen with a pretty custom screen and buttons!
