CobbledGacha v.3 Fabric

Changelog

Gacha machines are now split across three categories: Generic, Specific, and Spawner types. These types are datapackable for each machine and will determine the function of each.
Added Gacha Balls. Acting exactly like the colored variants of Poke Gacha Machine, these new items serve as placeholders to spawn Pokemon for Spawner type machines.
Added the Rocket Prize Master machine. Gives players Rocket Balls in exchange for Koban Coins which can be found from Meowth.
Added the Rocket Ball. Using one will give players Pokemon directly in their party or in their PC is their party is full.
Added the Plush-O-Matic. Gives players plushies from the Pokeblocks mod in exchange for various types of craftable Yarn from Pokemon Friends.
Added the Plain Yarn, Fiery Yarn, Grassy Yarn, Soggy Yarn, Sparky Yarn, Frosty Yarn, Creepy Yarn, Hardy Yarn, Fantasy Yarn, Feathery Yarn, and Toothy Yarn.
Gacha machines are now able to have datapackable global cooldowns between the same types of machines. No more circumventing cooldowns by crafting another machine.
Spawner type machines now have customizable, datapackable bucket rates.
Fixed the loot tables for color variants of the Poke Gacha Machine.
Updated the Item Printer model.
Added new animations for the Poke Gacha Machine, Cram-O-Matic, and Item Printer.
Added the option to utlize bulk spending when currency is put on the offhand slot.
Added a new notification popup that shows when a Gacha Machine dispenses loot to indicate success.
