新内容：

• 添加规则

1. resonantWater: 当快捷栏中水桶左右两侧都有水桶时，使用中间的水桶不会消耗
2. villagerMaxEnchantLevel: 调节村民出售附魔工具的最高附魔等级
3. dispenserFillsCauldron: 允许发射器和炼药锅交互（和玩家的交互逻辑一样）

• 关于villagerMaxEnchantLevel的附加说明：

1：工具匠出售附魔钻石锄（附魔等级与其他工具相同，最高为 19 级，更高等级也启用此特性）

2：最高附魔等级提升至 25

3：最高附魔等级提升至 33

4：最高附魔等级提升至 65

Bug修复：

• 修复了规则修改时命令行不返回修改值的问题
• 修复了规则名与其他carpet addition重复时导致崩溃的问题

What's new:

Add rules

• resonantWater: When there are water buckets on both sides of the hotbar, using the middle water bucket does not consume it.

• villagerMaxEnchantLevel: Adjusts the maximum enchantment level for tools sold by villagers.

• ispenserFillsCauldron: Allow Dispenser to interact with cauldron (act like player).

• Additional notes about the villagerMaxEnchantLevel rule:

0: Disables the feature (default, vanilla behavior)

1: Toolsmith villagers sell enchanted diamond hoes (enchantment level is the same as other tools, maximum level 19., also enabled in higher level of this rule's setting)

2: Maximum enchantment level increased to 25

3: Maximum enchantment level increased to 33

4: Maximum enchantment level increased to 65

Bug Fix:

• Fix a bug that CLI return nothing about edited value when rules change.
• Fixed a bug that caused crashes when the rule name duplicated another carpet addition.
