Bug Fixes

• Fixed double harvest when holding shears in both hands (main hand only now)
• Fixed rain bonus applying in deserts and badlands (biome-aware rain check)
• Fixed arm swing happening after shear damage (now swings first for better feedback)
• Fixed campfire smoke ring showing when rain already calms bees
• Fixed thunder particles showing in biomes that don't get rain

Technical

• Biome-aware precipitation check using getPrecipitationAt
• Improved event ordering (swing → sound → damage)
• Universal JAR supports Minecraft 1.21.8 - 1.21.11
