Added some GUI animation effects.

Window open animation

When you open the form, there will be a smooth animation.

Hotbar selected animation

When you select an item, there will be a zooming animation to display.

Hover animation

When you hover your mouse over an item, there will be an animation of zooming in. etc.

Configuration

Add a new screen output slot animation

You can create a datapack as adding an output slot animation to a screem.
File directory structure: "Any Name"/data/"mod id"/window_slots/"name".json
The name is screen class name. The output_slots is output slot index array.
