Added a new weapon called Chaos Wand

• This wand shuffles between 5 different abilities each time you activate it with Right Click.

• The First Ability is LIGHTNING, summons a lightning on a entity (15 Blocks Radius)

• The Second Ability is METEOR WAND which summons meteors around the summoner.

• The Third Ability is EMERALD SWORD which gives you regeneration for 5 seconds.

• The Fourth Ability is GRAVITY HAMMER which launches you into the sky.

• The Fifth Ability is ZOMBIE WAVE which summons 5 zombies where you look.

• Basically 4 of the abilities are combinations of 3 wands and 1 sword. Fixes
