Added new arrow tips: Emerald, Ghast Tear, Eye of Ender, Clay Ball

Emerald: Cosmetic

Ghast Tear: Cosmetic

Eye of Ender: Seeks out the nearest mob

Clay Ball: Does no damage on hit

Reworked old tips: Ender Pearl, Wind Charge, Nether Quartz

Ender Pearl: Now teleports to where the arrow hit rather than summoning an ender pearl on top of the arrow

Wind charge: Now explodes wind charge where the arrow hit the mob instead of below the mob

Nether Quartz: Now breaks into fragments that deal 2 damage each when hitting a mob

Reworked old shafts: Echo Shard

Echo Shard: On fire, arrow teleports to where it will hit, or 50 blocks in that direction.

Redesigned sprites: Ender Pearl Tip
